Job description:
We are keen on designing and implementing AI Systems into our services. We hope to improve user experience and reduce response time by transferring more trivial user queries to an automated system, thus reducing the load on human agents.
This is a new project that requires an experienced Software Engineer with experience in AI&ML and a proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects.
What makes you a great fit:
  • Proven track record in developing and deploying backend services
  • Extensive experience with cloud and container technologies as well as CI/CD tools
  • Expert-level knowledge of Python
  • Familiarity with various options for LLM providers, both commercial such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc, and open-source, such as Llama and Mistral
  • Familiarity with various open-source tools to build and evaluate RAG applications such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ragas, MLflow etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience of stakeholders
  • Great English skills
Your bonus skills:
  • Previous experience delivering business-critical ML/AI-powered applications
  • Personal portfolio of hobby ML projects or contributions to open-source tools
  • Fintech experience
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish
Challenges that await you:
  • As an AI specialist, you’ll be conceptualizing, designing, and evaluating AI/ML solutions
  • As an expert software engineer, you’ll be designing and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture of our applications and working with a small group of engineers on a scalable ML infrastructure, including data pipeline, model serving, and monitoring
  • As a technical project leader, you’ll be working with product and customer-facing teams to enhance and expand our product as well as help our engineering team navigate the messy world of AI tools (both commercial and open-source)
