We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Telesales team and drive AI-related projects. This role involves gathering business requirements for the AI team, testing bots, collaborating with partners, and identifying areas where AI can enhance operational metrics.
Telesales Team:
Challenges that await you:
- Collecting and documenting business requirements for AI-driven solutions
- Testing voice bots and ensuring their alignment with business goals
- Identifying opportunities for AI implementation to improve operational efficiency and sales performance
- Working closely with partners to integrate and optimize AI tools
- Analyzing data to highlight best practices and areas for improvement in sales and QA processes
What makes you a great fit:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to set clear business tasks for development teams, with a solid understanding of how services are structured
- Experience in cross-team collaboration
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

- Spanish language proficiency
