The main objective of AML is to protect financial institutions from using their services for money laundering and terrorist financing.
We are a data-driven team, the main focus is to build and maintain an AML system, ensure timely reporting to the regulator and build processes for operational support. All solutions are developed by our in-house team from end to end, which ensures the flexibility and reliability of our systems and processes.

AML Team:
Challenges that await you:
  • Work closely with product managers, AML officer, and other financial professionals to gather business requirements
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on projects
  • Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, adhering to timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the bank’s operations
  • Implement best practices in data analysis and reporting to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with AML management teams to identify potential risks in banking operations
What makes you a great fit:
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is required
  • Project management skills, including managing deadlines and securing resources
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to set clear business tasks for development teams, with a solid understanding of how services are structured
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking
  • B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
  • You live and work in a European or American time zone
Your bonus skills:
  • Experience working with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes and/or banking industry experience
  • Skills in working with Superset and Tableau
  • Understanding of API and Kafka
