Challenges that await you:
- Lead and coordinate content-related projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are provided on time and within scope.
- Independently review and ensure the quality of content produced by editors, providing detailed feedback to maintain consistency and meet high standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement communication workflows that align with business goals.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the content delivery process, providing innovative solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
What makes you a great fit:
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in content or communications fields.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to review and manage content created in the language, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams around shared goals.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira) and familiarity with content delivery systems.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
