Job responsibilities:
- Lead production of video and static creatives
- Coordinate multiple production agencies, creators and internal design team
- Collect and analyze performance data from creatives
- Create scripts for video creatives based on data in a collaboration with user acquisition team
- Monitor production timelines and quality
Requirements:
- Experience as a creative producer at least 1 year
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of digital channels alghorithms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of creatives and adjust production to improve results
- Experience in creating UGC content
- Understanding of CAC, ROI, LTV metrics
- English C1 or higher
- Knowledge of Spanish would be a big plus
- Desire to build a process that is top notch and scalable across multiple financial products
