Challenges that await you:
  • Leading the team by managing hiring, planning, task decomposition, process improvements, subordinates’ individual development and cross-team collaboration
  • Overseeing team performance and ensuring the successful, on-time delivery of projects, aligning with business objectives
  • Supporting the continuous improvement and evolution of development processes, including implementation of best practices, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation to enhance team efficiency and product quality
  • Contributing to the architecture, design, and development of both existing (Kotlin) and new (Kotlin/Golang) backend services
  • Collaborating on solving complex challenges, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
What makes you a great fit:
  • 3+ years of experience leading an engineering team, including hiring, personal development, performance management, and delivery management
  • Proficient in cross-team collaboration within large-scale, high-load product development environments
  • Strategic thinking that supports scalable and sustainable product growth
  • Previous engineering experience with 4+ years in software development.
  • Experience building robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments
  • Ability and openness to learn, fail, reflect, and apply learnings moving forward
  • Curiosity and strong collaboration skills
  • Understanding of high-load architecture

Platform features team develops and maintains highly available services that provide the infrastructure and integration foundation for implementing user scenarios across various business verticals in the mobile application.
We create a fault-tolerant infrastructure with high SLA levels, providing other engineering teams with reliable APIs and services that guarantee stability, security, and scalability of user interactions with the system.

Services encompass essential mobile and backend infrastructure including authorization systems, OTP authentication, and other critical foundational components.
