Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including classical search, PMAX, and UAC
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance metrics such as CAC
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, data analytics and SEO to leverage synergies for sustained, profitable growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize results
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall digital marketing strategies
- Continuously optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve user experience and drive conversions
- Take ownership of budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Requirements:
- Mastery of classical search, PMAX, and UAC within Google Ads platform
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Deep understanding of the Google Official Manual
- Experience managing SEO/SEM synergies for sustained, profitable growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on both business metrics and acquisition optimization
