The IT Internal Support team is responsible for managing technical issues inside the company, providing required access to the workers and solving other tasks ensuring comfortable work of the employees.
IT Internal Support team:
Challenges that await you:
  • User management across Google Workspace, ADFS, Slack, Atlassian: onboarding/offboarding, role assignments, shared resources, and integrations
  • Inventory and asset management: processing requests, procurement, logistics, device setup, and MDM installation
  • Managing and optimizing the ticketing system (Jira): reading tickets, understanding workflows, roles, SLAs, and automation
  • Troubleshooting across IT systems, including ticketing, user management, and asset tracking
  • Ensuring basic InfoSec compliance with antivirus, anti-fraud, and security best practices
  • Supporting and maintaining office equipment (meeting rooms, printers, shared devices)
  • Keeping asset inventory up to date, managing licenses, and registering new devices
  • Developing knowledge management resources, such as manuals and training sessions
What makes you a great fit:
  • Experience with Jira: ticket lifecycle, automation, troubleshooting, and integrations
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, ADFS, Slack, and Atlassian user management
  • Hands-on experience with procurement, logistics, and IT asset management
  • Proficiency in device setup, MDM installation, and full computer configuration
  • Knowledge of basic InfoSec principles and security best practices
  • Ability to document processes and train users
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

  • Experience with automating IT workflows
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and IT system integrations
