The Delivery team is responsible for delivering anything that needs to be delivered physically to the address and on time. At the moment we are talking about two delivery methods: courier and mail (FedEx). The team has its own Android app for couriers, its own staff of couriers to work "in the field" and the algorithms themselves for working with routes and scheduling deliveries.

- Creating metrics for products/processes
- Bringing insights and new ideas from data
- Creating a monitoring process for new features
- Conducting research and investigations
- Funnel analysis for delivery process
- Analysis of operational performance metrics
- Hypothesis testing for process optimizations
- Cost calculation and efficiency evaluation
- Reporting and dashboard creation
What makes you a great fit:
- Participation in reputed olympiads in mathematics, economics, physics, computer science
- Mathematical or technical education at the following universities: MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics and understanding of probabilities
- Analytical and systematic thinking
- Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
- Experience in hypothesis testing and validation
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- High communication skills
