Challenges that await you:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, with a primary focus on successfully closing Non-IT positions
  • Build and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers, ensuring clear and effective communication to align on hiring needs and priorities
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the hiring process
  • Collaborate on the development and enhancement of efficient recruitment workflows, contributing to broader HR projects and initiatives
What makes you a great fit:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on successfully closing IT positions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and fostering collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience monitoring recruitment metrics and using data to drive improvements
  • Solid experience in optimizing recruitment processes and contributing to the development of efficient workflows
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
