Product Manager [CRM Core, Telephony]

CRM Core team is responsible for development and improvement of our CRM and its main functionality - operational dashboards, call recording and quality control interfaces, localisation of CRM.
CRM Core:
Challenges that await you:
  • Quickly test ideas for improving telephony (new vendors, third-party solutions, internal telephony tests)
  • Define and enhance key telephony metrics
  • Generate and accumulate ideas
  • Create and prioritize the backlog
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners, including Voximplant
  • Direct and coordinate the telephony development team
What makes you a great fit:
  • Hands-on experience in projects involving real telephony integration into business processes
  • Product management background in similar projects
  • Managed or actively participated in complex integration projects requiring two-way development and partner collaboration
  • Experience handling projects with technical and organizational complexities
  • Proven track record of improving key product metrics (e.g., increasing PV by 3% or achieving comparable significant results)
  • Experience in A/B testing and rapid hypothesis validation
  • Product-oriented mindset: driven by metrics and goals, deeply involved in the context
  • Energetic, proactive, and idea-driven
  • Advanced managerial soft skills: able to negotiate, organize work, and engage in complex discussions
  • Ability to dive deep into complex (including technical) problems when needed
  • Driven, active, and passionate
  • Strikes a balance between creativity and technical expertise
  • A modern, flexible professional, not stuck in outdated methods
  • C1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
