We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to take charge of our KYC solutions. Overview:
Challenges that await you:
- Leading the development and integration of KYC solutions into new products and business lines across both mobile and web platforms
- Managing a complex product that interacts with multiple back-end systems while ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience (UX) on the front-end
- Prioritizing and executing key initiatives to address a large backlog of tasks and ideas, driving business growth
- Ensuring the continuous operation and stability of processes, maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement front-end data collection solutions for KYC, enhancing the customer journey
- Evaluating and integrating new KYC vendor solutions, while refining internal capabilities
- Working with experts on local Mexican regulations to ensure compliance and drive improvements
- Experience with KYC or related compliance processes
- Background in managing mobile and web-based product solutions
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Familiarity with working with multiple vendors and integrating third-party solutions
- A passion for innovating customer journeys and enhancing UX
