We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to take charge of our KYC solutions. Overview:
Challenges that await you:
  • Leading the development and integration of KYC solutions into new products and business lines across both mobile and web platforms
  • Managing a complex product that interacts with multiple back-end systems while ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience (UX) on the front-end
  • Prioritizing and executing key initiatives to address a large backlog of tasks and ideas, driving business growth
  • Ensuring the continuous operation and stability of processes, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement front-end data collection solutions for KYC, enhancing the customer journey
  • Evaluating and integrating new KYC vendor solutions, while refining internal capabilities
  • Working with experts on local Mexican regulations to ensure compliance and drive improvements
  • Experience with KYC or related compliance processes
  • Background in managing mobile and web-based product solutions
  • Knowledge of Spanish
  • Familiarity with working with multiple vendors and integrating third-party solutions
  • A passion for innovating customer journeys and enhancing UX
