- Collaborating with product managers to define the product scope during the early stages of development
- Designing and overseeing the business and technological architecture of the product Establishing the organizational and IT structure in collaboration with other IT managers
- Building and nurturing a high-performing cross-functional team
- Leading the team and fostering seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams across company
- Leading the team while promoting seamless collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams within the company
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience leading an engineering teams, including hiring, personal development, performance management, delivery management
- Proficient in cross-team collaboration within large-scale, high-load product development environments
- 5+ years of experience as a developer
- Experience building robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments
- Ability and openness to learn, fail, reflect, and apply learnings moving forward
- Curiosity and strong collaboration skills
- Understanding of high-load architecture
