CRM Telephony Team:

We are building an in-house telephony solution to replace our current CPaaS provider. Our goal is to develop a high-load, reliable, and flexible system for handling 4+ million calls per day, with peak traffic reaching 400 CPS. This platform will deeply integrate with our custom CRM and other internal services, providing us with full control over the telephony infrastructure.

We are now looking for a VoIP Engineer who will focus on building telecom stack from scratch. You will work closely with our DevOps engineers and the technical team to ensure all components of our telephony system communicate effectively.


Challenges that await you:
  • Set up and configure telecom stack components, including SIP proxies (Kamailio preferable), VoIP Application servers (FreeSWITCH preferable), SBC
  • Configure SIP trunks, NAT, firewalls, and load balancing systems to ensure smooth operation and integration between telephony components
  • Actively monitor the performance of VoIP infrastructure, including call quality (RTP, WebRTC, and SIP signaling), and address any issues related to call drops, latency, or packet loss
  • Participate in implementation and maintenance WebRTC integration for browser-based calls
  • Participate in the integration of the telecom stack components with Call Control Layer
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure optimal performance of telecom infrastructure in cloud and on-premise environments
What makes you a great fit:
  • 5+ years of experience in VoIP engineering or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and SRTP, as well as their integration with VoIP Application servers (FreeSWITCH/Asterisk).
  • Great experience in FreeSwitch/Asterisk configuration, installation, and maintenance (FreeSwitch preferable).
  • Great experience in Kamailio (or OpenSIPS) configuration and management (Kamailio preferable)
  • Good WebRTC knowledge and experience, including STUN/TURN servers and integration with SIP proxies.
  • Experience in optimizing call quality (e.g., managing jitter, latency, and packet loss in VoIP systems).
  • Experience with VoIP security, including firewalls, encryption (TLS), and SIP authentication.
