In Plata, we understand that the speed of rolling out new features and incremental business value is also business value in itself. Therefore, we have a dedicated business unit whose main task is to accelerate the launch of new products and simplify the lives of existing ones. This is the team of heroes. Everything that can be reused should be reused, and smartly at that. The BPMN engine is Camunda, tools for quickly creating new UI, common services for cross-application processes – it's all here.
Origination Core Team:
Challenges that await you:
  • Managing the reliability and availability of the solutions, ensuring the performance of applications
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the solutions with a focus on reliability and scalability
  • Monitoring technological metrics of services and collaborating with DevOps engineers
  • Writing and maintaining deployment scripts, configs, helm charts and CI/CD jobs
  • Addressing infrastructure issues and resolving product failures
  • Participating in incident investigations to identify and eliminate root causes
  • Maintaining technical documentation
What makes you a great fit:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of multi-component system architecture principles and their practical application (load balancing, fault tolerance, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and Bash for automation tasks.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Open-mindedness for problem-solving with good troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Your bonus skills:
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
  • Work experience in the banking or fintech sector preferred.
