The Communication Platform team is responsible for development and enhancement of the communication infrastructure, which is actively used for campaign automation, outlining customer engagement scenarios, and crafting content for notifications to customers. The team services are crucial for effectiveness of all company streams – from acquisition to service campaigns.

Challenges that await you:
- Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
- Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
- Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements
- Taking part in acceptance of product and finding solution for complex issues on production
- Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
- Analyze bottlenecks and identify architectural weaknesses in the existing services
- End-to-end product development requirements management
What makes you a great fit:
- 2-3 years or more of experience as a System Analyst.
- Strong experience with system design, API design, architecture, data model and business processes
- Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers
- REST/gRPC models knowledge
- UML/BPMN experience
- Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
- Basic SQL skills
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
