The Telesales team is engaged in tasks related to customer acquisition, cold calls, and telephone marketing. This team operate a local call center and handle integrations with other teams, while also organising customer logic. The team is creating a user-friendly services responsible for customer acquisition tasks.
In addition to the development of the application form, there are projects related to improving scoring, connecting a sales robot, new products launch, etc.

Challenges that await you:
  • Proactively propose and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring a seamless user journey.
  • Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
  • Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products
  • Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development.
  • Creation of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements
  • Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team
  • Finding solutions for complex issues on production
  • End-to-end product development requirements management
What makes you a great fit:
  • 2 years of experience as System Analyst
  • Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
  • UML/BPMN experienced
  • Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers
  • REST/gRPC models knowledge
  • Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
  • Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch
  • Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills
  • Basic SQL skills
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
