What makes you a great fit:
- 1+ years of sourcing experience under your belt
- Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search

- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- You’re hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact
Will be a plus:
- Experience hiring for non-IT roles
- Familiarity with product teams and their unique dynamics
